...but his current situation was one of extreme emergency - his ability to breathe simply had to be conserved... "What kind of expression do you think that is?" The question was purely rhetorical, of course, but Guile, being far more than a simple lolcat, met his inquiry by means of a wide-eyed, desultory gaze, as if to say, "I'm staring at you!" AHAHAHAHAHA

I don't know. Do we really need side stories? NPCs are now controllable by all players, after all.

Yes. They all have their own rooms as well. If you can't be bothered to come up with fanciful thread titles put their room numbers in.
Any of the NPCs currently in the classmates thread that have no bios can be created - use the name as a starting point, but that's all. Reserving Ernest and Vedeloitte for edit. The rest can be taken.

I meant more like back-stories, sorry. Parts of their history that people feel like elaborating on.

I find it quite unbelievable that twelve people will just coincidentally be at the same place at once, with half of them coincidentally all stepping out of their rooms just to be at that place.

it's fine, you don't have to step out people are still streaming in though, so that's why there's so much shit going on other NPCs have to be moved to fourth floor tyvm

Another thing that bowie and I have noted; allowing anybody to control any NPC makes for very little consistency, since each person has different ideas about how a character should behave. To prevent erratic swings in behavior, it would be more appropriate if NPCs were simply treated as alternate characters of the person who created them.
Naturally, this means that NPCs should also have more reasonable power levels. Of course, the same restriction on two characters controlled by the same person not having relationships still holds.

I did make considerations for the "erratic swings in behaviour" thing. However, my opinion is that if guidelines are written well enough and the behaviour is demonstrated well by the creator, others will be able to take an in-character approach as well.
It helps improve writing, but that's just my two cents - NPCs with powers are harder to control.
I do see where you're coming from, though. I'm still thinking about it.

I know it's an RP and we can only interact with so many people, but there should be a limit on how .. intrusive one can be. Unless it's explicitly stated in the personality, like Alex and Constantine (stalking and explicitly intrusive). >_>
