I have a proposition to make.
I (and I'm sure it's not just me) have been having some trouble deducing the location of players, and so I would like to put forth this proposition.
When you are RPing, be sure to place your location and any other details of interest on top in Bold and Underline, similar to my kind of posts.
If you are not sure of your exact location (e.g. Sector 13), then at least make a vague indication such as e.g. Neumann Base.
Sample:
Neumann Base, Sector 13, Fighting
Which means you are inside Sector 13 (obviously) and are currently in combat. If you are not then you may write it as Passive.
By doing this, confusion can be reduced.
Thank you.

You know, I think that's rather the purpose of having individual threads for each location. It just so happens that the WWB base is practically the largest location in the whole RP. The last major fights in the RP were basically an alley in New Orleania and a dojo.

Compounding the problem is the fact that many players do not know what the layout of the location they are in is like. Yes, it is possible to extrapolate from relative positions, but extrapolation leads to faulty information, and by and large most people have to rely on inference to construct an idea of what the place is like. Inference isn't 100% reliable, hence the need for clarification.

Oh fine, I'll draw a proper one.
Or maybe I'll ask NPC3 to do it.

Oh, it doesn't have to be proper. Just boundaries and landmarks would be nice.
And approximate distance.
