Name: Moridin
Age: Claims to be 20, but actual age is unknown
Species: Unknown
Gender: Male
Description:
At 6 ft 3 inches, he is taller than most people. Although humanoid in appearance, he has no blood whatsoever, resulting in a rather pale and deceptively fragile appearance, and can go without food or water longer than a normal person can. Due to being rather thin, despite being tall, he has ways of hiding himself very effectively. He has a longish face, with deep blue eyes and black hair as well.
He tends to wear dark clothes when he goes on reconnaissance trips, most of the time black, so as to blend in with the shadows, or clothes so normal and bland that few people notice him. He wears thick leather underneath a shirt sometimes if he feels that he requires some extra protection.
Also, he carries many daggers tucked away in his clothes, where he can retrieve them easily if he is in danger, and it takes a very long while for them to run out.
Personality:
Generally introverted, but he is able to interact with other people rather well if he feels like it (or if it is necessary), and can be rather humourous at times. He prefers to stay in his house, which is rather close to the borders of the Round Table. Although his house is not exactly large, it is crammed with many books, which tend to make for heavy reading, which he prefers to read.
He also keeps a small little dark brown cat, Finder, to keep him company, when he is feeling bored. Finder, as its name suggests, was somehow rather adept at finding things, and also has an amazing sense of direction. Despite seldom leaving the house, it appears to be able to make its way back to it from almost anywhere.
Moridin also regularly practices archery and throwing daggers. Being rather intelligent, he generally plans a lot, and if needed, goes on reconnaissance trips to gain information about his enemies, before facing them. Planning takes up most of his time for preparing to face an opponent, and usually, he comes up with rather good one, and teams up if necessary, and prefers to fight from the sidelines where people don't notice.
Being rather picky at times, he dislikes vegetables, especially asparagus, as he finds them somewhat bitter and not to his liking.
History:
Moridin first found himself on a deserted plain, with no memories of his past, wearing plain white clothes and a small badge pinned to his shirt which bore an inscription in a strange language that he did not know, or perhaps had forgotten.
At the time, though he appeared to be around 10 years old, he was more than capable of taking care of himself. After wandering around for a few weeks, and finding no one, he was starting to feel a little hungry when he suddenly spotted something small moving in the distance.
Curious, he ran towards it, and found that it was a small brown cat. Although the cat saw him, it was apparently not afraid, and continued in its way. On a whim, Moridin decided to follow the cat.
After a while, they passed through a forest, using a path which Moridin had not noticed before. A day or so passed, and they finally got out of the woods. Not long later, he found himself at a house, about a mile away from a strangely roundish region. Upon entering the house, he was confronted with a mass of books, and at the rear end of the house, he found a kitchen stock with supplies apparently gathered from the forest, as he had seen some of it there.
A breeze blew, and he caught a whiff of a strange scent, a somewhat putrid smell. After further exploring the house, he found that it was abandoned, except for a day old corpse of an old lady, which apparently was the source of the smell, so he disposed of it.
Since there was nowhere else to go, he decided to stay in the house, and eventually, he decided on the cat's name, Finder. While settling down, he suddenly had a glimpse of his past, of condemnation, and every once in a while, he still gets it.
After a year or two, he started to become a little suspicious of the cat, partly due to how long it lived and partly due to the fact that it was so adept at finding things, but he decided not to worry about it. Soon after that he found out that the strange roundish bit of land that he was living fairly close to was called the Round Table, and upon learning of its purpose, he decided that he would participate, as a test of his skills, and also, a probably futile attempt to learn who he was.
In the following years, he read almost all the books in the house, to learn as much as he could, and took up archery and knife throwing for defense, and discovering his ability of undoing by accident, when he was wishing that a medium-sized rock that was in his way was not there at all, and was surprised when it actually did vanish. Ten years after he first arrived here, he finally decided he was ready to participate, and he did.
Powers: (You have 0 ability points.)
Undoer. [Level 36] In other words, I can undo anything as long as i know what it is I am undoing (i.e. nothing generic like "I undo whatever the other guy is going to do"). If it is kept secret I cannot undo it, and undoing does take a while to work.
At level 36, Undoing cost the 1/4 of the manna it took the doer to cast.
Marksmanship. [Level 10] Small, high accuracy projectiles, mostly daggers and occasionally arrows, maybe a rock or two sometimes. At level 10 I suppose accuracy is quite good, and can spam knives. Leveling up increases accuracy.
Stats: 240 HP 260 MP (You have 0 ;_; stat points.)
Skills:
Undo:
Undoes another opponents mana-consuming attack. Currently costs 25% of the original manna used to do it. Startup is now delayable, from 0.5 sec to 10secs. It is possible to prepare it in advance, if you know what the opponent is going to do.
Ward of Undoing:
Sets up a ward against specific mana-consuming attacks. Costs as much mana normally needed. Wears out if and only if it is undone or after 30 minutes. I can set wards on fairly large objects. I also can ward against large objects, costing 20 mana.
Object Undoing:
I can undo large, noncomplex objects or parts of objects. Costs 10 mana.
Redo:
An offshoot of undo. Currently able to redo simple things like stabbing someone, throwing a knife at someone, etc. Basically multiplies damage. Costs 10 mana. If I e.g. redo a redo a redo, i.e. 8 hits, then it costs 80 mana (just for clarification).
Throw knife (lol):
Throw a knife. Damage variable, depending on where hit.
